Art

Self Expression

Your challenge is to produce a piece of artwork that expresses: You as an individual. You as an artist. Within your piece you need to show: What art styles you like and dislike. (At least 3) A word that describes you. Three characteristic words that describe you. Your piece needs to fit on the canvas we have and part of it or all of it must be a collage. Must use styles of art that you like to use. You are free to use whatever materials you need. You just need to give Mark a list of the materials or equipment you need, and we will try and source it.

Deepseek gave me the following:

1. Utopian Half (Left Side): A vibrant socialist utopia in a low-poly 3D style, glowing neon grids and solar panels on communal housing, Rimworld-inspired farming drones, Beat Saber neon slashes in the air, a VR headset floating above a city builder UI with flat minimalist design. Bright colors, hopeful mood, 'INNOVATOR' in glitchy digital font. Rust/PHP code graffiti on walls saying 'tax_the_rich();'. Cyberpunk meets retro gaming.

2. Dystopian Half (Right Side): Hyperrealistic greedy capitalists in suits laughing, surrounded by burning money and oil rigs, photorealistic style with Baroque gold leaf textures, crumbling. Corporate Memphis-style stickers of 'happy workers' crossed out with red Xs. Dark skyscrapers with '$' signs, low-poly but jagged. Glitch effects and PHP code like 'capitalism_crash();' hidden in shadows. Oppressive, muted colors.

3. Central VR Headset (Bridge): Futuristic VR headset made of low-poly wireframe, glowing blue code (Rust/PHP) inside the lenses. Reflecting a utopian city in one lens and a dystopian city in the other. Cyberpunk neon lighting, floating in space with Beat Saber cubes orbiting it.

Bonus: Collage Textures: Grungy cyberpunk textures: Glitch effects, static noise, neon circuit boards, communist star symbols, low-poly geometric patterns. Mix digital and torn paper textures.

I generated some images with those prompts using Flux Dev (run locally) and made a collage (click for full size):
